Sinoma (Beijing) Geothermal Energy Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GEC") inaugural meeting was held in Beijing on the afternoon of April 22, 2019. Mr. Zhang Qi, Chairman of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma EC"), Mr. Ge Liwu, Vice President, Mr. Huang Jianfeng, Vice President and Secretary of the Board and Mr. Jiao Erwei, Chief Financial Officer, attended the meeting, which was chaired by Mr. Huang Jianfeng.
 
 Mr. Zhang Qi pointed out that the establishment of GEC is an important measure for Sinoma EC to actively implement the requirements of China National Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. and promote the implementation of Sinoma EC's "13th Five-Year" strategic development plan, which will further enrich Sinoma EC's energy-saving technology system and expand the comprehensive development and utilization of geothermal energy in the field of comprehensive management of Sinoma EC's energy resources. He emphasized that GEC should base on geothermal energy development and utilization business, accelerate business expansion, and strive to develop into a well-known domestic geothermal energy resource development and utilization professional technology service enterprise.
 
 Mr. Ge Liwu said that industrial development in the field of integrated energy management has huge potential and prospects. He hoped that GEC could seize the opportunity and take the geothermal energy business as a breakthrough to accelerate the development of industries related to integrated energy management.
 
 Mr. Liu Yan, General Manager of GEC, introduced the GEC’s profile, development goals and business model. He said that GEC will adhere to CNBM’s core concept of "Make proper use of resources to build and service" and Sinoma EC's corporate tenet of "Energy Conservation, Value Creation, Waste Reduction, Human Fortune". Actively play the advantages of mixed reform and resource synergy, and strive to complete the business development goals and build a new brand of geothermal energy.
 
 The meeting confirmed the constitution of GEC and the composition of . After the meeting, Mr. Zhang Qi led the directors, supervisors and top management team to talk with the company's key employees and take a group photo. The convening of the conference marked another step forward for Sinoma EC in the field of comprehensive energy utilization.
 
 The GEC was established by Sinoma EC and its strategic partner Beijing Mining Union Geothermal Energy Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., which is also a new industrial platform established by Sinoma EC to further deepen reforms, develop mixed ownership, enrich energy-saving technology systems, and expand comprehensive energy management business.
