On August 19^th,an online signingceremonyhas been held between Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. (hereafter called Sinoma-EC) and Yunnan Cement Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. (hereafter called Yunnan Cement Group) for their strategic cooperation agreement on energy-saving projects in the industrial field. On behalf of both sides, Ma Mingliang, Party Secretary, Chairman & President of Sinoma-EC and Zheng Qinghong, General Manager of Yunnan Cement Group signed the agreement.

      Yunnan Cement Group is formed by means of the cooperation between Kunming Iron & Steel Holding Co., Ltd. and China Resources Cement Holdings Ltd., with 25 wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries, which spreads in 13 prefectures (cities) in Yunnan Province. As the building material enterprise with full range of product and long industrial chain in Yunnan, it mainly sells Runfeng and Xilin new dry process clinker and cement as well as the building material products such as slag powder, concrete brick, aerated concrete block, commercial concrete and building aggregate.

      Since 2009, Sinoma-EC has undertaken 6 WHR projects from Yunnan Cement Group, including 2 modification projects——the AQC boiler modificationin Baoshan 1# line and the Cangyuan modification in Jinjiang whose power generation has a significant increase and created considerable economic benefits. While doing a good job in project implementation, Sinoma-EC gave full play to its advantages in WHR technology and diagnosed the operation problems of multiple power stations of Yunnan Cement Group. After successively visiting Fengqing, Nujiang, Eshan, Midu, Heqing, Diqing and other factories, it issued detailed problem analysis reports as well as improvement suggestions. The technological capability and project management level of Sinoma-EC have been highly appreciated and fully recognized by Yunnan Cement Group, which has laid a good foundation for further cooperation between the two sides in the future.

     Sinoma-EC will continue to develop its superiorities in energy conservation & environmental protection, building energy-saving materials, equipment manufacturing and other aspects to hand in hand with Yunnan Cement Group for further strengthening bilateral in-depth cooperation,, broadening the cooperative fields and achieving mutual benefits and win-win results.
