February 28,the 2ndcalcium silicate board production line with capacity of 5 million m2/yearforHiep Phu Corporationunder holding of SAINT-GOBAINbuilt byWuhan Building Material Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., which is wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd.,was successfully handed over. It signified the energy-saving new building material industry implemented by Sinoma EC has already been accepted by the market in China and abroad.
This projectis the 2ndtime cooperation between Wuhan andHiep Phu, after the production of the 8 million m2/year non-asbestos fiber cement board production line, whichapplied the brand new design concept, innovative idea and environmental protection emphasis,realized innovation in terms of automatic batching, automatic in and out of the front and rear press sheet packing, automatic board feeding of the comb type dryer,sanding, grindingand chamfered edge automatic stacking,etc. with the system automation degree up to the industrial leading level. The whole production line has achieved remote monitoring and operating from CCR and automatic feedback of the production statement and equipment failure, and real-time detection on each data and index. Only three months the erection works had been completed and in advance the feeding for trial production had been performed, during which the equipment ran stably obtaining high praise from the Client, paved a solid foundation for the successful handover of the project.
Recent years, Sinoma EC has promoted the application of energy-saving new building material, by means of improvement in the industrial layout of energy-saving new building material, changing the mode of increase, strengthening the R&D of new type energy-saving wall materials, scientific innovation in the product performance and applicability, sufficient making use of the industrial base construction and enhancing the intelligence and advantage of the technical equipment. Wuhan cooperates with the valued clients in terms of product performance, technical service and project management, and has accomplished the 8 million m2/year non-asbestos fiber cement board production line #3 for Guangdong Dongshang Papers, the 2*6 million m2/year calcium silicate board production line for Yichang Hongyang Cement, the 2*8 million m2/year calcium silicate board production line for Zhengzhou Yusong, the 2*4 million m2/year calcium silicate board production line and the 2 million m2/year coating processing production line for Shanxi Shuozhou Jinneng, etc. many projects in China and the 3 million m2/year fiber cement board production line in Turkey. Currently the ongoing 5 million m2/year fiber cement board production line for KSA is under acceptance.
