On August 17th,Ma Mingliang, Party Secretary, Chairman & President of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. (hereafter called Sinoma-EC) received Liu Jianjun, Secondary Inspector and Director of Social Development and Rural Science & Technology Department of Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and his entourage at Tianjin headquarter.
